Who is Elissa?
Elissa Munroe is the owner of Elissa's Kitchen & Bath Design. The universe laid out Elissa's career path early on. She credits her love for design to the many moves her family made when she was young because each move provided an opportunity to make a space new again.
After a brief career in health care, Elissa found her way back to design when she enrolled in the Interior Design program at the Art Institute. She discovered a knack for drafting and creating floor plans in a class that she took simply because her preferred class was full, and the rest is history!
Elissa's Kitchen & Bath Design was established in 2014. Elissa partners with clients to bring their design dreams to life. Her goal is to help you build spaces that are attractive with a timeless aesthetic, functional, and reinforce your home's integrity.
When she isn't working with clients and researching design trends, Elissa enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with her family and their golden retriever, and volunteering with Girls on the Run.
"I was always imagining what my house would look like when I grew up, the floor plan it would have, and how I would decorate. I would often browse furniture and home goods magazines for inspiration."
